To change your payment card, you'll need to make a payment of at least €5.00, but don't worry - this will be knocked off your overall balance.
To change the payment card, head to your online On the Beach account and go to the section 'My Bookings'.
From here you'll see your holidays, if you look out for the holiday you want to change the payment card for. You should see a 'Payments' button above where it says 'View and Manage booking'. Once you've clicked on the 'Payments' button, just click on the 'Make a payment'. If you make a payment here of at least €5.00, the new card that you pay from will become the primary card on the booking.
Please note we cannot remove previous cards from our system however all future payments will now be taken from the new card.
If payment from that card fails for any reason the system will attempt other cards on file.
To avoid any issues, please make sure your card has enough funds by the instalment date, or you can always make a manual payment online whenever it suits you.
