I've booked using the wrong email and can't see my holiday in my online account

If you've booked your holiday with the wrong email address, don't worry! We can easily fix this for you. Just let us know via filling in the form below.


Please note, due to security reasons, this request has to come directly from the lead passenger to allow us to update the email on your booking. 


Once the email has been updated, we'll forward the booking confirmation onto the updated email address, so keep an eye for when you receive this.
