You can add extra hand or hold luggage to your booking by visiting your airline's website and clicking on the manage booking section.
You'll be able to select any additional bags and pay the airline directly. Login details vary by airline but in most cases you’ll need your Airline Booking Reference which you can find in the Flight Voucher on your booking confirmation paperwork.
Just a heads up - any bags you add directly via the airlines website won't show up on your On the Beach confirmation paperwork - don't worry, though - the airline will have everything they need on your flight booking.
Alternatively, we can book these for you but please note:
- We can only take requests up to 8 days before your departure date
- Amendments can take up to 7 days to process
- An admin fee will apply*
To add extras via On the Beach please send us a message via Live Chat. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.
Before you submit your request, we’ll quote you with a full rundown of the costs* so there are no nasty surprises, and our Amendments team will add this to your booking if you’re happy to go through with it. You’ll then get a confirmation so you know that everything’s gone through.
