Call the emergency number listed on your transfer voucher (found in your travel documents). The transfer company will advise you on what to do next.
🕒 Important Note:
Transfer providers track your flight using your flight number, so for short delays, no action is usually needed.
However, if your flight is delayed by more than 24 hours or your flight number changes, please contact your transfer provider directly to ensure they’re aware and can adjust accordingly.
