Need to update your email, phone number, or address? Easy! Here's how to sort it.
💬 How can I change it myself?
- Head over to My Account and click Personal Details.
- Click Edit in the top right beside Contact Details.
- Update your email, phone, or home address and save. Your details will be updated immediately!
🤔 I can't see 'Edit' in My Account, what do I do?
- Click the chat icon (usually bottom right of the screen)
- When Sunny asks what you need help with, select Account & Login followed by I need to update my contact details.
- Fill in the form and our team will and email you within 24 hours with confirmation including your booking paperwork.
📧 I think there’s an error in my email address, what’s next?
If you can't access your booking online and think there might be an error with your email address, use the chat to get it corrected. Our team will update it and send confirmation to your new email address so you can access your booking.
📋 What about my booking confirmation?
If you update your email address, future correspondence will go to your new email. If you need us to resend your booking confirmation to a new email address, let us know through chat and we will get it sent across!
