If you’re opening the app and finding that it’s forgotten who you are (asking for your region and login details every time), don't worry. It’s an easy fix.
We noticed this tends to happen if you’ve recently switched to a new iPhone or restored your phone from a backup. Sometimes, the app just needs a quick reset to get comfortable on your new device.
A permanent update is underway so you won't have to lift a finger in the future. But for now, you can fix this immediately with a fresh start.
How can I stop this?
📱Delete the app entirely from your device.
🔄️Restart your iPhone (a quick reboot helps clear out the old data).
📲Download the app again from the App Store.
✅Log in one last time.
Once you’re back in, your settings will stay put, and it should be smooth sailing from there.
