What is considered a group booking?
We class any booking with 9 or more passengers as a group booking. This applies to large family groups, mixed age ranges, or groups of adults travelling together. 😎
Age requirements
Every booking must include at least one traveller aged 18 or older. Group bookings can include travellers of any age, provided this condition is met.
How to book
Groups of 8 or fewer people
Simply search prices and complete your booking directly on our website.
Groups of 9 or more people
We do not offer dedicated group booking service for 9+ passengers. To book for a group of 9 or more people, you will need to make multiple separate bookings on our website.
❗Important details before you book
- Room allocation: Always book together with the exact people sharing a room.
- Flight pricing: Airlines sell seats in price tiers. When making separate bookings for a group, seat prices may vary across bookings.
- Stag and hen policy: We do not offer stag or hen group bookings. Many hotel partners do not accept these groups and may turn them away at check-in. Check the "About this hotel" section on the hotel page before booking to review security deposit rules or group restrictions. Refunds and alternative accommodation cannot be provided if a hotel refuses entry to a group.
- Cancellations: If an individual in your group cancels, the remaining travellers must maintain the booking and payment schedule in full, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
