I'm on holiday and I am not happy with my hotel

We're here to make sure you have the best holiday experience possible. If you encounter any issues or have complaints about your hotel stay, it's important to address them with the hotel staff while you're still in-resort. They are in the best position to assist you and find a resolution.

As your travel agent, we are of course here to support you with any issues, but we strongly recommend reaching out to the hotel staff during your stay.  


Please note that if any hotel complaints are not raised in-resort, we may not be able to provide assistance or address them effectively after your return.
