Cancelling the whole booking

If you'd like to cancel the whole booking, please send us a message via Live Chat. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.


We're unable to cancel your booking if you're due to depart within the next 14 days. 

Cancellation costs may vary depending on our suppliers. Here's some more information:

  • Flights: these are non-refundable from the time of booking
  • Hotel: most hotels can be cancelled free of charge, but this is subject to the hotel's terms and conditions
  • Ancillaries: transfers, airport extras and travel insurance are all non-refundable from the time of booking

A standard admin fee of £30.00 per person also applies when it comes to cancelling the booking, but this will be capped at £150.00 - so don't worry if you've got quite a large party.
