Cancelling a transfer

If you'd like to cancel your transfer, please send us a message via Live Chat. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.


Our customer service team are available to help on Live Chat between the hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 6:30pm and Saturday - Sunday 9am - 4:30pm.


Unfortunately, if you're travelling in the next 7 days then we won't be able to refund you for the cancelled transfer.
