Don’t worry, if you’ve made a payment and it hasn’t shown up on your booking just yet, it’s usually nothing to worry about.
This can happen for a couple of reasons:
⏰ The transaction is still clearing with your bank
👉 You might see it showing as Pending in your bank account while it processes.
↩️ The payment has bounced
👉 This means the funds haven’t reached us, so they won’t appear against your booking.
What do I do?
✅ First, check with your bank to confirm whether the payment is still processing or if it’s been fully cleared.
✅ Most payments will appear on your booking within 24 hours, so please give it a little time.
