Can I Split My Payment Across Two Different Cards?

Yes, you can absolutely split your payment across two different cards! Whether you want to share the cost with someone else or manage your budget across different accounts, we make it easy to pay your balance using multiple cards.

⚠️ Important Timing Rule

If you are splitting a payment for an upcoming instalment, you must complete both payments before 8:00 PM on your instalment due date.

Why is this important? After 8:00 PM on your due date, our automated payment collector kicks in to process the scheduled amount. To avoid being charged automatically on your primary card, please ensure your manual split payments are completed before this time.

How to Split Your Payment

You can split your payment using either of the two simple methods below:

Method 1: Self-Service via "My Booking" (Fastest)

The quickest way to manage your payments is directly through your online account.

  1. Log into your My Booking account.

  2. Head to the Make a Payment page.

  3. Enter the specific first amount you wish to pay.

  4. Input the details for your first card and complete the transaction.

  5. Once processed, repeat the steps: enter the remaining balance and use your second card to finish the payment.

Method 2: Via Our Live Chat

If you'd prefer a helping hand, our customer service chat can guide you through it.

  1. Open our Live Chat and request a payment link from our AI assistant

  2. Tell us the first amount you want to pay, and they will send you a secure link.

  3. Click the link and complete the payment using your first card.

  4. Once that is done, simply follow these steps again for a second payment link for the remaining balance, and use your second card to clear it.
