I can't pay my next instalment on time - what do I do?

No problem! You can delay (or snooze as we like to call it) your payment by up to 14 days. 

Just follow these simple steps:

  • Wait until you’re within 14 days of your next payment due date.
  • Got to your Payment Schedule.
  • Find your upcoming instalment and click Snooze Payment.
  • Choose a new date (up to 14 days later) from the dropdown menu.
  • Click Accept Fee and Confirm to complete the change.

🗓️ You can only snooze your payment once per instalment.

 

Are there any fees? 💰

Yes, an admin fee will apply when you snooze a payment:

  • £5.00 if you snooze the payment yourself via My Bookings
  • £10.00 if you request the change via Live Chat
