Booking Ryanair Flights with On the Beach: How to Secure Your Flight

Because On the Beach has an official partnership with Ryanair, managing your holiday is easier than ever! This partnership means your On the Beach booking is directly linked to your Ryanair account, allowing you to manage your flight yourself, check in seamlessly, and add extras directly with the airline.

To finalise your booking, you will be asked to log in and securely link your accounts. Below is everything you need to know to get sorted.


⏱️ Act Fast: Your Verification Link Only Lasts 30 Minutes

When you book, you are sent a verification path to finalise your flights. Please complete this step promptly:

  • Live Windows: Due to live flight pricing and availability, your confirmation path is only valid for 30 minutes. Once you click through to Ryanair, you have an additional 15 minutes to complete the final steps.

  • Why it matters: We cannot fully confirm your holiday until you have completed this verification step with the airline.


📱 How to Confirm Your Flights via Your Account

If you missed your original email or need to check your status, you can complete this action directly inside your portal dashboard.

  1. Log into your My Bookings account.

  2. Look at your upcoming holiday card - if your action window is still open, you will see a red 'Action required' badge on the hotel image.

  3. Click into the booking, locate the amber warning card titled 'Confirm your flights', and click the blue 'Confirm flights now' button.

  4. Click the yellow 'Go to Ryanair' button on the next screen to securely finalise your booking.

What should I do if my confirmation link has expired?

Don't worry, this is easy to reset! If you ran out of time, your screen will display a pink warning box stating "You ran out of time".

  • The Fix: Simply click the 'Request a new link' button directly inside that pink box on your screen. A fresh, active link will be generated instantly so you can try again.

I’ve used the link but I keep getting an error.

If the system is throwing an error, it is usually a quick device-related fix. Please try these steps:

  • Log In First: Before clicking any confirmation buttons, ensure you are already logged into your main My Booking account on that specific device.

  • Using a Phone? Ensure you have the most up-to-date version of our mobile app. If your app is outdated, the link protocol may fail. Head to your App Store to update it, or quickly delete and reinstall the app.

  • Using a Desktop or Laptop? If a web browser is hitting a brick wall, try opening your portal inside an Incognito / Private window, or clear your browser's cache and cookies before clicking 'Confirm flights now' again.
