I can't pay my next instalment on time - what should I do?

If you are unable to make your next instalment payment on the scheduled date, we can look to move this for you no problem! You'll need to be within 14 days of the payment being due. If you are, please head to your online On the Beach account and go to the section 'My Bookings'.

From here you'll see your holidays, if you look out for the holiday you want move the payment date for then you should see a 'Payments' button above where it says 'View and Manage Booking'. Once you've clicked on this 'Payments' button, you'll see an option to 'Snooze Payment' - this will allow you to defer the upcoming payment you've got coming up. 


Please note - your final payment date cannot be moved.
