If you are unable to make your next instalment payment on the scheduled date, please send us a message via Live Chat. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.
Please note - your final payment date cannot be moved. For other payments, you can defer once per instalment, by a maximum of 14 days.
If you need to defer your payment by more than 14 days you might be charged an admin fee.
