How do I redeem my voucher?

If you've been given a voucher by us (you lucky so-and-so), you can redeem this by sending us a message via Live Chat. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.


The value of your voucher will be taken from your overall holiday balance. If you've already paid for your holiday in full, your balance might show as a negative number once your voucher has been redeemed. Just pop us a message and we'll get this refunded back to you.
