How do I change my payment date?

If you have a payment plan and would like to change the date that your payments are taken, you can easily amend this on your online account. 

Head to your online On the Beach account and go to the section 'My Bookings'.

From here you'll see your holidays, if you look out for the holiday you wish to amend the payment date on you should see a 'Payments' button above where it says 'View and Manage booking'. Once you've clicked on the 'Payments' button, look out for the option that shows as 'Change Instalment Dates'. On this page you'll be able to choose a new date for your payment schedule.
