Why has my balance/next instalment not been collected?

Our system will automatically take care of collecting payments on the instalment dates you've chosen. However…you know what technology's like, so sometimes this might take a little while to process - meaning it could take up to 48 hours for the payment to go through.


If your payment hasn't been collected yet, we'd recommend waiting until 48 hours have passed before contacting us - just in case the payment is already on its way out.
