If we owe you a refund, then once this has been authorised by us (usually within 5-7 working days), you'll receive an email from us prompting you to collect this from your On the Beach account.
Once you've received this email, please send us a message via Live Chat. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.
Sorted! The refund will now be transferred back to your bank account, and should arrive with you in around 3-5 working days.
