How do I change the dates of my holiday?

Holidays shouldn't be stressful, that's why we've made changing the dates of your holiday simple. If you need to change your holiday dates please send us a message via Live Chat. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.


If we can you find a date you're happy with, you'll be given a quote* for the cost to change the holiday over to the new dates. If you agree to the change your request will be actioned for you. 


Keep an eye out for your new booking confirmation, we'll send this over to you once the change has been made. The amendments team will be in touch if we need to contact you regarding this request. 


*An admin fee of €80.00 (outside of 60 days of current travel date) or €120.00 (inside of 60 days of current travel date) will apply to change the dates of your holiday. See section 10 of our Terms of Business for more information.
