How do I change a passenger's name or correct a spelling mistake?

If you've got married since placing the booking and this is why you need to change the name(s), then first of all - congratulations! - and second of all, this might be covered in the airline's policy, so please send us a message via Live Chat and we'll see what we can do for you. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.


Just so you know, you don't need to worry about contacting us to provide/correct either of the below:

  • Middle names
  • Capital letters
  • Titles

For any other full name changes/spelling corrections, simply get in touch.


Please note if you are close to your departure date you will need to contact the airline directly.
