If you need to change the airport you’re departing from/returning to, or your flight times just aren’t working for you, here are just a few things to keep in mind:
Go direct to the airline
If you are flying with Ryanair then you can amend your flights directly on your airlines website. Simply login using the details on your flight voucher, amend your flights and pay any fees to the airline directly. please send us a message via Live Chat. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.
Once your dates have been amended with the airline, please contact so we can update your paperwork and any transfers to reflect the new flight details.
Airline charges
The majority of airlines charge an admin fee of €100+ (per customer) to change flights, and that’s on top of any differences in cost if your new flights are more expensive. If the new flights you choose are cheaper, you won’t get this difference back, and you’ll still need to pay the airline’s admin fees.
Airline amends
You can only change flights within the same airline - i.e. if you’re currently flying with easyJet, your new flights will also need to be with easyJet. As flights are non-refundable, if you book new flights with a different airline - you will be liable to pay the flight cost for both sets of flights.
