You can make a change to your hotel booking by sending us a message via Live Chat. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.
Just so you know, we can't make changes to the booking if it's within 21 days of your departure date. You may still be able to upgrade your room or board when you arrive at the hotel.
*A standard admin fee of €40.00 (outside of 60 days of travel) or €60.00 (inside of 60 days of travel) applies for any changes made to your board basis or room type.
