They’re the fastest people to update you or send a replacement vehicle.
🏨 Step 2: Check With Hotel Reception
Reception can sometimes confirm pick-up changes passed directly to them by local providers.
💬 If Your Transfer Is a No-Show
If your transfer doesn’t turn up, please tell us via WhatsApp.
A member of our team will step in, guide you on what to do next, and if needed, help reimburse any additional costs you had to pay to get to the airport.
(Keep receipts or evidence of what you paid.)
🏠 Already Returned Home?
If you’re back home and your transfer didn’t show:
Contact us through our post-travel support chat (here.) and include any evidence (photos, receipts, screenshots, names of people you spoke to).
We’ll review your claim with the transfer provider.
