You can find all your transfer information by:
- Heading to My Bookings
- Selecting View and Manage
- Scrolling to the Transfers section
Your transfer voucher is also included in your holiday paperwork, and it lists:
- Your transfer provider
- Their contact numbers
- Instructions for your journey
🕒 When Will I Receive My Return Pick-Up Time?
This depends on your destination and type of transfer - let's delve...
Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Maldives
Your return pick-up time is given to you when you arrive.
All other destinations
Booked a bus? Your transfer provider will confirm your return pick-up time 24 hours before your flight Look out for an SMS from them.
Picked a private taxi? Your return pick up will be listed in your paperwork, which you get once your booking is confirmed.

Please contact the transfer provider directly, using the number on your voucher or you can find this information within your booking account.
If your transfer is booked with our partner Sun Transfers - you can contact them on their own WhatsApp service, this can be found next to the contact information on the booking voucher.
