We know that plans can change, but when it comes to flight extras, things are usually set in stone. 🪨
Unfortunately, once a hold bag has been added to your booking and confirmed with the airline, it is non-refundable. This is because the airline allocates space and weight on the aircraft as soon as the bag is booked, and their own terms and conditions don't allow for those costs to be returned.
Even if you decide not to take the bag with you on the day, we won't be able to remove the charge or offer a refund for that part of your booking.
Our best advice? To get the best value for your jollies, it’s always cheaper to book your bags when you first make your booking rather than waiting until you get to the airport. Just be sure to double-check your packing list before you hit confirm, as you'll want to make sure you're only paying for the bags you truly need. 🧳
