How to Cancel via the App 📱
The fastest way to cancel your parking is by using our self-service tools:
Log into your My Booking account on our app or website.
Head to the menu and select 'Make Changes'.
Choose 'Airport Parking Changes' from the options.
Select 'Cancel Airport Parking' and fill in the quick request form to submit it directly to our team.
⏳ A Quick Heads-Up on Refunds and the 7-Day Rule
If you need to cancel, please ensure you submit your request as early as possible.
More than 7 days before departure: Your cancellation request will be processed, and any applicable refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Within 7 days of departure: Car parking bookings become 100% non-refundable inside this window. This is because parking suppliers automatically lock the reservations on their systems, meaning we cannot process a refund.
