What is a Voucher?
If you’ve received a voucher from us (lucky you!), here’s how you can use it towards your next getaway:
- 🎫 Make a new booking and wait for your confirmation email.
- 💻 Log into your My Booking account.
- 🔍 Find your holiday voucher listed in your account.
- 🏖️ Select the new booking you want to apply the voucher to.
- 🫰 Click on Make a Payment.
- 💡 Choose the Claim Voucher option.
🎉That’s it! The voucher amount will be deducted from your total holiday balance.
What is a Wallet Credit?
So you have some credit in your wallet? (Still, lucky you!) Here's what to do next:
🎉 All done- simple as that!
The Short Version
🎫 Voucher = can be used after you’ve booked, through My Booking.
💳 Wallet Credit = must be used while booking. If you miss it, just contact us and we’ll add it manually (we’ll just ask you to confirm the amount).
