Want someone else to help manage your booking? 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️
We get it—planning a holiday is a team effort! If you’re the lead passenger, you can easily authorise someone else in your group to chat with us and help get things sorted.
Whether you want them to have full control or just be able to ask a few questions, we’re here to make it happen.
âś… How it works
To add an authorised person, the lead passenger just needs to:
- Jump onto Live Chat 💬 (we’ll just need to run through a couple of quick security questions first)
- Tell us who they’d like to authorise – give us the name of the person you want to authorise and their relationship to the booking
- Specify their power level – let us know if you want them to have full access to manage the booking or discuss only (see the differences below!)
Once that’s done, we’ll update your booking notes so they’re good to go.
⚖️ Pick the right level of access
Not sure which option to choose? Here is the breakdown:
| Discuss Only | They can ask us questions and get quotes for changes, but they cannot give the go ahead for changes or payments. The lead passenger still has the final say. |
| Manage Booking | They have the same access as the lead passenger. They can change hotels, flights, transfers etc, cancel parts of the holiday or even cancel the whole booking. |
