Your MYB (My Booking) number is your unique booking reference for your On the Beach holiday.
Finding your MYB:
Option 1: Check your confirmation email 📧
Look for the email we sent when you completed your booking - your MYB number is clearly displayed at the top along with other important booking details.
Can't find it? Search your inbox for 'booking confirmation' or 'onthebeach.ie', and don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder too 👀
Option 2: Log into your account 💻
- Go to My Bookings on our website or app
- Select your holiday
- Your MYB number is displayed on your booking summary
- Or click View and Manage Booking to see it on your full paperwork
What does it look like?
Your MYB reference usually starts with letters followed by numbers (e.g., MYB12345678)
Looking for your flight reference instead? ✈️
Easy mix-up. Your flight reference (you might also hear it called a PNR or flight booking reference) is different from your MYB reference. It comes from the airline, not us.
