⏳ Important Cut-off Rule
Please note that transfers can only be added to your booking up to 7 days prior to your departure date.
⚠️ Departing in less than 7 days? Unfortunately, inside this 7-day window, our transfer suppliers lock their availability systems, meaning we are unable to add any new transfer arrangements to your booking close to take-off.
How to add transfers:
Step 1: Log into your account 💻📱
- Go to the On the Beach website or app
- Log in using your email and password
Step 2: Find your booking 🔎
- Go to My Bookings
- Select the holiday you want to add transfers to
Step 3: Access Add Extras ➕
- Look for Add Extras
- Click on Transfers
Step 4: Choose your Transfer 🚗
You'll see available transfer options for your destination, including:
- Transfer type (Private Taxi, Shuttle Service, Wheelchair Adapted, etc.)
- Journey time
- Total cost
Step 5: Select and pay 💳
- Choose your preferred transfer option
- Review the details
- Pay the full amount to complete the booking
- You'll receive confirmation via email
