How can I add a transfer to my booking?

Realised you'd rather not haggle for a taxi when you land? We don’t blame you. Getting a transfer added is the best way to start your holiday on the right foot (and in the AC).

To get a transfer added to your existing booking, you'll just need to jump on Live Chat.

How to get it sorted:

  1. Log into My Bookings and select your holiday.

  2. Open our Live Chat (you'll find it in the bottom right corner).

  3. Tell our beach bot you’re looking to 'Add a transfer'.

  4. Our team will check the availability for your specific dates and resort, then give you a quote.

Once you’re happy with the price, we’ll get the transfer added to your holiday. You’ll then receive an updated booking confirmation email so you can tick that off your holiday to-do list! ✅
