How can I add a car seat to my transfer?

Travelling with little ones can be a logistical puzzle, but ensuring their safety during your airport transfer shouldn't be. We make it easy to request child car seats or booster seats for your journey, as long as you request them before you head off on holiday.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to add a child seat to your booking and what to do if you are already away.

💻On our Site

Log into your account and head to your dashboard.

Click View Booking Details on the trip you wish to modify.

Scroll down to the dedicated Transfers section.

Select View and Manage Transfers.

Click Request Child Seat and quickly fill out the short form to confirm your child's age/weight.

📲On our App

Open the app and tap on the My Bookings section.

Select your upcoming trip and scroll down to Transfer Changes.

Tap Request Child Seat and fill out the form to submit your request to our team.

🏖️ Currently on Holiday?

To keep operations running smoothly for our local drivers, we are unable to make any changes to your transfer once your holiday has officially started.

However, you may still be able to arrange a car seat by contacting your local transfer provider directly to see if they can accommodate a last-minute request. 

You can find their contact details by:

  • Heading to My Bookings
  • Clicking View and Manage on your holiday
  • Scrolling to the Transfers section

🧾 Your transfer voucher is also included in your holiday paperwork, and all contact information will be listed there.
