Log into your account and head to your dashboard.
Click View Booking Details on the trip you wish to change.
Scroll down to the dedicated Transfers section.
Select View and Manage Transfers.
Click Cancel Transfer and quickly fill out the short form to confirm.
📲On our App
Open the app and tap on the My Bookings section.
Select your upcoming trip and scroll down to Transfer Changes.
Tap Cancel Transfer and fill out the form to submit your request.

💰 Will I Get a Refund?
Refund eligibility depends entirely on how much notice you give us before your scheduled departure. Because we partner with local suppliers to secure your vehicle ahead of time, we have to stick to the following timelines:

| 7+ days before you fly | Full Refund | We have enough time to release the vehicle and driver back to our provider, meaning we can pass a full refund straight back to you. |
| Within 7 days of flying | Non-Refundable | At this late stage, your space and driver have already been locked in and paid for. Because we cannot recover these costs from our provider, we are unable to offer a refund. |
| Already on holiday | Non-Refundable / Cannot Cancel | Once your holiday has officially begun, transfers are fully locked into the system and cannot be cancelled or refunded. |
💡 Travel Insurance Tip: If you have to cancel your trip last-minute due to an unexpected emergency (like illness), we highly recommend reaching out to your travel insurance provider. They can often help you recoup non-refundable costs like late-stage transfer cancellations.
