How to request a change:
Log in to My Bookings.
Select the holiday you’d like to manage and hit View and Manage Booking.
Scroll down to the Make Changes section and choose Holiday Changes.
Select Change Dates.
You’ll see a page letting you know this feature is coming soon to My Bookings —simply hit the Chat with us button to get started!
Let our bot know you’re looking to change your dates, and follow the process.
What happens next? ⏰
Once you’ve given us the details, our Amendments team will dive in to get you a quote. They’ll check the latest availability and any price differences with the airline and hotel.
Review your quote: We’ll send you a breakdown of the costs. If you’re happy with the new price, we’ll action the change for you right away.
Get your confirmation: Keep an eye on your inbox! Once the change is processed, we’ll email over your updated booking confirmation.
Fees for making changes
Please note that an admin fee applies, in addition to any cancellation charges or changes in the cost of your new jolly:
€80.00 - if you’re more than 60 days away from your current travel date.
€120.00 - if you’re within 60 days of your current travel date.
⚠️ Important: Changes cannot be made if you are within 21 days of travel.
