How do I cancel/remove a passenger from my booking?

If someone in your group can no longer make it, you can request to remove them through your online account. Here is how to get a quote for that change:

Steps to request a removal

  • 💬 Log in to My Bookings and open Live Chat 💬.

  • ✈️ Provide your MYB reference when the bot asks for it.

  • 🤝 Select 'Booking Amendments' when the bot asks how we can help—this will put you through to a beach buddy!

  • 📝 Give us the details: Tell your beach buddy which passenger needs to be removed. They’ll then send a request over to our Amendments team.

  • 📩 Check your inbox: Our team will email you a quote as soon as they've crunched the numbers (usually within 14 days). This lets you see any costs involved so you can decide whether to go ahead with the change or keep your booking exactly as it is.

⚠️ Important: Before any passengers can be removed from a booking, the full cost of their flights must be paid. This is because flights are entirely non-refundable from the moment they are booked, even if that person is no longer travelling.

💡 Top Tip: You can also jump straight to Live Chat from the booking you're looking to remove a passenger from:

  1. Go to View and Manage Bookings.

  2. Scroll to Make Changes and open Passenger Changes.

  3. Select Remove Passengers and hit the Chat with us button!

A quick heads-up❗️

It’s worth keeping in mind that removing a passenger doesn't always mean the total holiday price goes down. As we work on a "cancel and rebook" basis, we have to use the latest prices from our suppliers, which can fluctuate.

If you’ve booked a self-catering or room-only stay, it’s unlikely you’ll see a price reduction unless you’re removing an entire room, as most hotels charge per room rather than per person.

Sometimes, this means the cost stays the same or could even get a bit pricier once a person is removed. If we find that it’s actually cheaper to keep the passenger on the booking, we’ll let you know!

Thinking of a name change instead? 📝 If you have someone else who can take the spot, it might be worth checking if a name change is a better option.
