Moving an entire trip to a new location triggers significant fees from airlines, hotels, and transfer providers. Because these costs are often as high as the original holiday price, we are unable to action these changes on your behalf.
If you have your heart set on a different destination, please consider the following options:
Check Your Travel Insurance: If you need to change your destination due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend exploring a claim through your travel insurance provider.
Cancel and Rebook: The most direct way to change your destination is to cancel your current booking entirely and create a brand-new booking for your new choice of resort.
Please Note: Standard cancellation charges from both us and our suppliers will apply. Most airlines and hotels do not allow destination changes and will charge 100% of the booking cost if you decide to cancel.
⚠️ Important: We strongly advise against changing your flights directly with an airline without cancelling your original booking with us first. Doing so may result in your hotel and transfers being automatically cancelled by the supplier without a refund, leaving you responsible for the cost of both the original and the new arrangements.
