How do I add a passenger to my booking?

Want to add someone new to your holiday plans? You can now request to add minor passengers directly through your online account!

Adding Infants or Children (Under 18)

If you need to add a child or an infant to an existing booking, you can submit a request directly through your account:

How to submit your request:

  1. Log into My Bookings on our app or website and select your holiday.

  2. Scroll down to the 'Your Holiday' menu.

  3. Select 'Passengers'.

  4. You will see a breakdown of your current travel party, along with the option below to select Add Passengers.

⏱️ Before you start, here is what you need to know:

  • Admin Fee: We charge an administration fee of up to £75.00 per person to manually add a passenger under 18 to an existing booking.

  • Payment Terms: We are unable to offer our low deposit option for any additional passengers. The full cost of the new flights plus our admin fee must be paid upfront before the child can be added.

  • Pregnant or adding an infant? If you are adding an infant under 2, please wait until your new beacher has arrived! Only submit this request once the baby is born and you have finalised their legal name.

  • Next Steps: Once you click 'Continue' and submit the form, our team will look into flight availability and send you a message within 14 days with a full quote. No changes will be made to your booking until you reply to that message to confirm you definitely want to go ahead.

Adding Adult Passengers (Aged 18 and Over)

We no longer offer the option to add extra adult passengers to an existing booking reference. If someone over 18 wants to join the trip, they will need to head to our homepage and place a brand-new, separate booking. It is completely normal to travel on separate booking numbers!

If you are booking an extra adult separately, please note the following:

  • Linking your bookings with us: If you want to link your separate bookings together in our internal system, you can submit our Link Bookings Form once the new booking is completed.

    📝 Please note: Submitting this form simply adds a note to our internal system so our teams know your parties are travelling together. It will not be actioned with the airline or hotel suppliers.

  • Requesting rooms close together: If you want your hotel rooms to be near each other, you must request this directly with the hotel yourself. We cannot contact the hotel to request room locations on your behalf. You can easily find their contact details on the hotel's official website (most now have a handy live chat option!).
