Admin Fee
We charge up to €75.00 per person administration fee to add a passenger to a booking.
Want an extra hotel room?
It will be cheaper to make a new booking via our homepage for these additional passengers and avoid paying the admin fee. Plus, you can take advantage of our low deposit payments. Once booked, you can contact us via live chat to link the two bookings together.
Payment
We are unable to offer the low deposit option for any additional customers, plus the cost of the flights and admin fee will be required before we can add anyone to your booking.

Congratulations! but please only submit a request when your new baby is born, and you know the name.

We will send you a message within 7 days with the total cost for the additional passenger. Before any changes are made please reply to this message should you wish to go ahead.
To add a passenger to your booking please send us a message via Live Chat. You’ll find details on how to contact us in the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of your booking paperwork.
- Our Amendments team will with a quote for the additional passenger, which you'll need to accept within 48 hours
- Once you accept the quote, the team will go ahead and make the change for you
It's worth noting that we can't make any amendments to the booking if it's within 21 days of your departure date - sorry!
Just so you know, a standard admin fee of €50.00 applies for adding a passenger to your booking.
