How do I let you know about any medical conditions or special assistance that I need?

We want to make sure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible. So, if you have a medical condition or need a hand with mobility, just let us know! We’ll do all we can to make sure everything is set up for you before you even leave for the airport.

⚠️ Important: The 14-Day Deadline

To ensure our team and travel partners have enough time to coordinate your support, all special assistance must be requested at least 14 days before you fly.

  • New Bookings: We are no longer able to accept new holiday bookings that require special assistance within 14 days of departure.

  • Existing Bookings: If you didn’t add this info when you first booked, you can add it to your existing booking at any time up until 14 days before your departure.

✅ How to let us know:

  1. 💬 Log in to My Bookings and open Live Chat 💬.

  2. ✈️ Provide your MYB reference when the bot asks for it.

  3. 🤝 Select 'Special Assistance' when the bot asks how we can help—this will put you through to a beach buddy! 🤝

  4. 📝 Give us the details: Tell your beach buddy what help and support you need. They’ll then send a request over to our Amendments team.

  5. 📩  Check your inbox: Our team will email you as soon as this has been added with the airline, hotel, or transfer supplier.

Once you've chatted with us, our team will get to work. We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as your request has been processed and confirmed with the suppliers. 💌
