Go direct to the airline ✈️
In most cases, the fastest and cheapest way to add sporting equipment is to do it yourself directly through the airline’s website.
How to get it sorted:
Find your Airline Reference: Pop over to My Bookings or check your Flight Voucher for your flight reference number (sometimes called a PNR).
Visit the airline’s website: Look for the Manage Booking section on their homepage. Enter your reference and surname to log in.
Add your gear: Look for 'Special Baggage' or 'Sporting Equipment' to see the airline's specific rates and weight limits, and pay them directly.
⚠️ Just a heads-up: Any equipment you book directly through the airline won't show up on your On the Beach paperwork. Don't worry, though—the airline will have everything they need on their system!
